GETTING HELP FROM US

How to Reach Our Account Team

When something's off with your account, wallet, or a game session, we want to hear about it directly. Here's how to get to the right person fast.

Team online

Live Chat

The chat icon sits at the bottom of every page. Open it, describe what's happening with your account or payment, and our team picks it up from there.

Email Support

Use the contact form for PayPal deposit questions, Play+ card issues, or identity verification hold-ups. We reply with a reference number so the thread stays trackable.

Account Help Center

The Help Center covers wallet linking, Venmo withdrawal steps, and state eligibility checks — self-service answers before you need to contact the team directly.

WHY WE STAND BEHIND IT

The Signals That Tell You This Is a Real Operation

We're not going to throw around vague phrases about being reliable. Instead, here's what we actually do that you can check for yourself.

Payments Through Apps You Already Use

PayPal, Venmo, and Play+ are connected directly to your account wallet — no obscure third-party processor sitting between your money and your balance.

Identity Verification Before Withdrawals

We run a standard ID check before releasing funds. It protects your account from unauthorized cashouts and keeps the payout trail clean on your end.

State-by-State Access Honesty

We don't claim nationwide legality. Access to the lobby depends on where you're located and whether your state's law permits it — we tell you that upfront.

SSL on Every Account Connection

Every session, every wallet transaction, every login goes through SSL encryption. That's baseline security, and we keep it on without asking you to opt in.

take5midday What We Actually Offer and Why It's Different

What We Actually Offer and Why It's Different

We put together a lobby that earns your time rather than wastes it. Slots like Star Spangled Fortune and Diamond Dust Slots sit right alongside live dealer rooms powered by Evolution, so you're never more than a tap away from switching modes. On the sports side, NFL football is the anchor — same-game parlays and player props are where our sportsbook gets

the most action each week. Deposits come through PayPal, Venmo, or a Play+ prepaid card; most clear fast enough that you're playing before the next commercial break. Withdrawals follow a straightforward identity verification step, then the funds route back through whichever payment method you used. Players in Chicago and Los Angeles reach the lobby from any modern mobile browser without a separate

download. We built this for the United States — for eligible states and where local law permits.

What People Ask Us About take5midday

These are the questions we actually get from people checking out the platform for the first time — answered the way our account team would answer them.

take5midday is a casino-led lobby built for American players who want slots, live dealer games, and sports betting in one place, funded through PayPal, Venmo, or Play+ where state law allows.

Access depends on your state's law. We're available in eligible states where local law permits online casino and sportsbook activity — check the lobby entry screen for your current location status.

Link PayPal, connect Venmo, or load a Play+ prepaid card from the wallet section of your account. Select your amount, confirm through the payment app, and the balance updates before your next game.

Slots like Star Spangled Fortune and Diamond Dust Slots, live dealer tables from Evolution including Lightning Blackjack, and a sportsbook covering NFL football, NBA, and MLB with same-game parlays.

Withdrawals route back through your linked payment method — PayPal or Venmo most commonly. A one-time identity verification step is required before the first cashout; after that, the process is the same each time.

The full lobby runs on mobile browsers for both iOS and Android — no separate download needed. Live dealer rooms, slots, and your account wallet are all accessible from the same mobile session.
